I think you might be able to do that ..but i am not sure if it would look good because of the ribbon that comes with the boot ! Maybe ...if you took the ribbon off it would look great ! Hope this helps ..good luck !

Reply:I suppose you can roll them down however it might be difficult because the boot is not very wide at the top. Also it would take away the cute ribbon design that goes all the way to the top of the boot.
